  • Gift card: stored monetary value used to pay for eligible purchases.
  • Voucher pack: a prepaid number of redemptions for selected activities.
  • Membership: recurring or fixed-term access and discounts linked to a member.

Issue to a customer

    Create and publish the product in Catalog.

    Open the customer profile or complete an eligible sale.

  3. 3

    Select the correct product and verify price, currency, validity, and recipient.

    Complete payment and confirm the issued record appears under Customers.

Product versus issued record

A catalog product defines what can be sold. The Customers lists show records that have actually been issued after a completed purchase or a staff-issued transaction.

Why a gift product can exist with zero cards

Creating a Gift Card product does not create an issued card. Complete a sale or issue it to a customer before it appears in the issued Gift Cards list.

When an issued product does not load

Confirm the active park and module access, then clear filters and retry. If the request is cancelled or times out, capture the page URL, customer email, approximate time, and browser network request before contacting support.

Do not reissue immediately

Check the customer profile and payment history first to avoid creating duplicate value.
