Create and publish an activity

Choose the right product type

• Activity: a standard scheduled experience.
• Session pass: time-based entry with session variations.
• Party bundle: a packaged event with included products.
• Voucher pack: prepaid redemptions.
• Membership: recurring or fixed-term access.
• Gift card: stored value for future purchases.

Build the activity

   Open Catalog → Activities and select Create.

   Add a clear customer-facing name, description, image, and category.

   Configure duration, capacity, eligible zones, price, taxes, and refund rules.

   Add required waivers, forms, extras, or inventory items.

5. 5

   Save the activity, then create its sessions in Session Planner.

Publish and verify

Preview the customer booking portal, search the intended date, and complete a test booking. If the activity is missing, check its status, schedule, sales window, zone capacity, and portal assignment.
