Why warmup exists

A newly verified sending domain has little reputation. Warmup increases volume in controlled stages so mailbox providers can observe healthy engagement and low bounce and complaint rates. Completing a calendar day alone does not guarantee the next stage; sending health also matters.

Read the warmup card

  • Stage shows the current point in the warmup plan.
  • Daily allowance is the maximum Movira currently permits for that domain today.
  • Sent today shows how much of that allowance has been used.
  • Remaining today is the amount still available before the next daily reset.
  • Next stage explains the expected allowance after healthy completion of the current stage.

Plan large sends

Do not assume a domain can send 100,000 messages immediately after the final warmup stage. Actual throughput is limited by your Movira plan, domain health, provider quota, account capacity, delivery windows, and the size of the eligible audience.

  • Split large audiences into controlled batches.
  • Keep bounce and complaint rates low.
  • Use Campaign Statistics and domain health before increasing volume.
  • Contact Movira before a major volume increase or when dedicated sending capacity is required.

When sending is limited

Movira may queue or block new marketing sends when a daily allowance, plan quota, provider capacity, health threshold, or delivery window is reached. The campaign and queue screens show the applicable reason.

After the final stage

The warmup card confirms completion and shows the current operating allowance. Continue monitoring reputation; warmup completion is not unlimited sending.
