Set the calendar view

Open Calendar.

Choose a focus date and Day, Week, or Month view.

Filter by zone type and adjust the operating time range.

Use the empty-zone option only when planning unused capacity.
Read the live board
- Allocated shows zones with booking blocks.
- Available shows zones that can still accept demand.
- Over capacity flags conflicts that need attention.
- Utilization compares allocated capacity with available capacity.
When no zones appear
Clear filters, verify that zones exist for the active park, confirm operating hours include the selected time, and check that activities are linked to the correct zone.
Calendar scope
The calendar only shows data for the currently selected park.
