Before adding a terminal

  • The POS module must be assigned to the park in Movira Control.
  • A compatible park payment credential must be saved and successfully tested.
  • The POS / card terminal channel must be routed to that provider.
  • Demo parks use sandbox credentials; production parks use live credentials.

Create a till and reader

    Open Connected Apps → POS / Terminals.

    Select Add Terminal and enter a recognizable till name.

    Use the generated one-time pairing code to connect the cashier device.

  4. 4

    Add a card reader under that terminal.

  5. 5

    Register a real reader with the provider code or use a simulator only in demo mode.

    Set one reader as the default and run a small test payment.

About pairing codes

A pairing code links a cashier device to a specific terminal. It is short-lived and should be treated like a temporary password. Regenerate it if it expires or was exposed.

Reader is not the till

A terminal is the cashier station. A reader is the physical or simulated card device attached beneath it.
