Take payments and send payment links

Use the correct channel

• Online booking: checkout on the public booking portal.
• Payment link: a secure hosted link sent to a customer.
• POS / card terminal: in-person card-present transactions.
• Recurring: scheduled membership payments where enabled.

Send or resend a payment link

   Open the booking or SaaS invoice with an outstanding balance.

   Select Send payment link.

   Confirm the recipient email, amount, currency, and expiry.

   Send the link and review the event history.

   Use Resend only if the existing invoice remains unpaid.

Payment safety

Never ask a customer to send card details by email or chat. Movira stores provider references rather than displaying full card credentials.
